We headed out, ran for a couple of hours however, the ocean was not giving in. Once we climbed the perfect storm wave, it was time to turn around. Tuna is a challenging catch, but in 10 foot swells and no forgiveness in sight, the group opted to turn back. A day of trolling in these conditions is not much fun. Pacific Ocean 1 &#8211; Best Fishing Places &#8211; 0. With our hopes dashed for this year, we will look forward to San Diego and another chance at the Tuna. Thanks to all who &#8220;tried&#8221; to participate.
