Take Rosecrans 2.5 miles in the only direction you can go once you exit the freeway follow to Emerson Street (small street sign) and turn left (at the US Bank building and Jack in the box). Continue on Emerson past Scott Street. We are located at the end of the street before you get to the water. H&amp;M Landing is at 2803 Emerson Street.<\/p>\n<h4>From Phoenix\/El Cajon\/La Mesa\/Mission Valley<\/h4>\n<p>Take Interstate 8 west, Exit at Rosecrans where Interstate 5 meets Interstate 8, Follow Rosecrans 2.5 miles \u2026 (see above)<\/p>\n<h4>From Chula Vista or South of Downtown Take Highway 5 North<\/h4>\n<p>Exit at Hawthorn. Take Hawthorn down to the Bay, turn right onto Harbor Drive. Go pass the Airport, over a small bridge. Turn left on Scott Street. At Emerson Street turn left and enter the parking lot.<\/p>\n<h3>Parking $7.00 per 24 hours<\/h3>\n<p>Early arrival is recommended. Park in the \u201cPaid Daily Parking\u201d lot adjacent to the landing. If the lot is full paid parking is available at several hotels near the landing, or at an overflow lot on North Harbor Drive between the Holiday Inn and the Best Western Posada Inn.<\/p>\n<p>There is a convenience fee on all credit\/debit transactions<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Here\u2019s more information on the type of fishing trip.<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><strong>24 Hour Full Day Trip to the Outerbanks<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Summer and fall are the seasons for these one day 21 to 23 hour overnight trips. Targeting the migrating schools of albacore, yellowfin tuna, bluefin tuna, big eye tuna and dorado the season can begin as early as June and run as long as November. These are the \u201cheadline\u201d game fish that make San Diego\u2019s summer.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/raimstudio.com\/h\/bfp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/05\/yellowfintuna.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" title=\"yellowfintuna\" src=\"http:\/\/raimstudio.com\/h\/bfp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/05\/yellowfintuna.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"240\" height=\"98\" \/><\/a>The one day trips depart between 10 and 11 PM and return between 7 to 10 PM the following night, depending on the location and distance of the prior day\u2019s fishing. The fishing grounds can be anywhere from 30 to 100 miles offshore and can change on a daily basis.
