Optimistic Ocean Salmon Limits for 2009

After the Feds shut down the Salmon Fishing business on the Pacific Coast in 2008, Captains and Anglers are anxiously awaiting the news for 2009. Rumor has it the limit may be set to 3 per person. Which is 3 more then 2008 🙂
